Food very poor alot of food was not there, service was rubbish i would not recommend. When we complained the men didn't care at all.

These place has change a lot for worse, the food quality is shait Then, they charge different prices each day of the week, for the same food. But on top of that Children's over 150cm height pay same price as adults even tho they won't eat as much as an adult. I will not go back again. Shame!

Not much was available, more than a few empty trays, and the rest of the food was dry and tasteless. Definitely fills like leftovers from the day before. No roast meat, just a small portion was there left that looked as biff but was bloody pink in the middle, the rest was pizzas. Huge disappointment 😞. Deserts was good but limited. Will never visit this buffet again. The Watford one is 100% better food and service!

Food was luke warm.. some items cold.. disappointed that items weren't labelled whether vegetarian or not, we had to presume.. We was soooo looking forward to this whilst staying in Wembley but it didn't live up to our expectations.. wouldn't return

I recently dined at JRC Buffet and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite the variety of food offered, many dishes were poorly prepared and some were even raw. This led to food poisoning, which was an awful experience. I expected better quality and safety from a buffet. I would not recommend this place unless significant changes are made.

Poor quality food, everything cold, staff take long time to attend to us. For drinks u have to choose between hot or cold bottomless drinks, ur bottomless drink doesn’t include both and they charge £4 for tap water!

Am revenit la JRC Global Buffet din Wembley cu așteptări mari, bazându-mă pe experiențele anterioare, dar din păcate, am fost dezamăgită de schimbările din meniu și de calitatea preparatelor. În trecut, acest local se remarca printr-o selecție generoasă de fructe de mare – salate cu fructe de mare, varietate mare de pizza și preparate diversificate. Acum, deși mâncarea este în continuare variată, senzația este că mănânci mereu același lucru, fără acel element de surpriză și prospețime care făcea diferența. Un mare minus este zona unde se pregătesc pe loc peștele, creveții și mini-caracatița. Din păcate, acestea nu au niciun gust, iar bucătarul le gătește prea tare, ajungând să le ardă. Acest lucru afectează considerabil experiența culinară, mai ales pentru cei care vin special pentru preparatele din fructe de mare. Per total, atmosfera este plăcută, iar conceptul de buffet rămâne atractiv, dar dacă nu se îmbunătățește calitatea preparatelor și diversitatea acestora, localul riscă să își piardă din farmec. Sper să se întoarcă la standardele de altădată.

I didn't believe others' comments and gave a try last Saturday. The food was fine, but the speed refilling the food was s***. After sitting in about 15 minutes, a reservation for about 100 people (children in non-UK school uniform and their teachers) arrived. The restaurant seemed not have an intention to refill the empty pots and trays of foods- the foods choices were very limited. I asked the manager and the refill was a little bit improved. Still, many of the foods on the menu were not seen. If this is the marketing stragety, I won't have the second chance dining here. Maybe other JRC would be better. Some other buffet restaurants charge more than £70 per head plus service charge, but for me options of foods are far more important. Overall, service good, staff are nice; but the food options are terrible, and this place is definitely not suitable for party or celebration.

Been a few times before and always found it lovely, however last night was a totally different experience. Food was cold, waited for ages for things to be replaced (the salad bar stuff never did ) the jelly pots in the desert were not set so they were runny liquid, the set up had changed and they didn’t have as much fresh fish choice, the duck pancakes were already made up but not everyone likes the sauce inside and the amount of duck was insane, you needed a magnifying glass to find it. We sat in a different area than normal and it was so noisy and not helped by the 2 waiting staff that were cleaning plates into their trolley right beside us, they were throwing the cutlery into a bowl which was very loud and quite off putting when your trying to eat, along with the bowl of food slop it doesn’t make you feel hungry at all. Toilets were dirty, it had just lost its appeal so won’t be heading back there again.

Really disappointed. There was no Chicken Shish only wings. The usual large spare ribs were missing. The dessert option was limited as there was no Eton Mess or Chocolate Fountain. Yet the price was the same.

Came here on a weekday around 4pm and it was very quiet, the restaurant temperature was cold which then meant the food turned cold almost immediately. Started off in the Japanese section, the sushi did not taste fresh and the options were basic, the fried food looked so good but all were cold and thus unenjoyable as the crispiness was gone - as an aside why would you have a buffet with a small light for heat? Other places have the closed heated facility to cover the food and keep it hot, which is clearly what this place needs. Moved to the European section, as shown in the photos all food is laid out with minimal heat to keep it warm, so no surprise that the food was so cold. Also the European section faces the entry to the buffet from the downstairs section which was very cold and so all the cold was directed to the European section and so all the food was stone cold here too, did not enjoy any of the offerings I got from here. Moved to the Chinese section, thought there’d be some hope in the food being hot since it appeared to be on heating stations. Tried the red Thai beef curry with the rice, by the time I got to my seat my food was not hot. Same with the steamed dumplings which were steaming when placing in my place but not hot either. The noodles on offer was also lacking and not very flavoursome. We ordered the pasta on demand which was freshly made and the only hot item due to this, it was more of a ramen and tasted very basic. Shouldn’t have been surprised since it did say it was from chicken stock and that was all I could taste. Dessert was mediocre too, the pineapple crumble was the only dish which was stored in a heated and covered container thus was very hot when eating. The chocolate fountain was not running but I assume it runs in the evening. All in all, the worst buffet I’ve ever had, shocking that all food is left in the open and this place does not have the facilities for the closed lid heated buffet containers like most buffet places do. Everything was unenjoyable and cold just like the restaurant and so my experience was not a pleasant one. I would never recommend nor would I return, the price paid is expected for this type of buffet but the food on offer is a disgrace. If you like your food cold and lacking in flavour, and want to sit in a restaurant that is equally cold, then this place is for you.

I came here with friends and we spent £32 each. We were met with raw steak, undercooked chicken, tasteless, gruely food. Around 30 mins into the restaurant, one of my friends went to the bathroom and disappeared for 15 mins. I went to check on him and he was non-stop throwing up. The entire 15 minutes. Moment he was relieved we packed up our stuff and left. A week later, I’m currently dealing with constipation or indigestion or whatever it is. The restaurant was good in the past but after what we had happen, we’re never coming back.
